(how cute are these pig tails?? I tried it yesterday for the first time. Too cute!!)
Getting ready to head in the front door...
She did great! We went and met her teacher and she showed us around. Natalie jumped right in and started playing with the other kids. We walked to the common room and some kids were headed outside, so Natalie just ran right out with them. We had to call her back in to say goodbye!
She seemed pretty tired tonight, so I'm not sure that she actually took a nap. She told little bits and pieces about what they did. Sounds like they colored pictures, played outside (5 times, she told me repeatedly. Not too sure about the count), they ate lunch (outside, maybe?), and sang songs. I'm guessing they were talking about Dads and Fathers because she sang something about "Dads are special, and Grandpas are special too".
She asked me at least 3 times if she was 4 and could go to Kindergarten yet. I'll take that as a sign that she loved school and can't wait to go back!
